These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of huruc.com and purchases made from HURUC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:

• A product is unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains an error.
• Payment cannot be processed.
• A shipping address cannot be verified.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity or abuse.
• An order contains unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing, Promotions and Payment

All prices displayed on our U.S. store are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable law.

Promotional, bundle and discount pricing:

• Applies only while the applicable offer is available.
• May be subject to eligibility requirements or other conditions.
• Cannot generally be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• May not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price presented at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occasionally occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, remote destinations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes and certain remote locations may take longer.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact support@huruc.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

For a standard return, products generally must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• In their original packaging.
• Returned with included accessories and components.
• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before returning it. If we confirm the issue, HURUC will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund and cover the appropriate return shipping cost where a return is required.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

6. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and reasonable manufacturing variations.

Product dimensions and other specifications may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

We may update product descriptions, specifications, packaging or included components where appropriate, provided such changes do not materially misrepresent the product purchased.

7. Product Use and Care

HURUC products should be used according to the instructions supplied with the product and for their intended purpose.

For products containing a dry-erase writing surface, use appropriate dry-erase markers and follow the cleaning and care instructions provided with the product.

Damage resulting from misuse, inappropriate cleaning products, modification, accidents or use contrary to supplied instructions may not qualify as a product defect.

8. Defective Products

If you believe your product has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@huruc.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

The HURUC name, logos, branding, website content, product photography, graphics, videos, text and other materials owned by HURUC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or use HURUC-owned content or branding in a way that infringes our rights.

10. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to HURUC, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it reflects your genuine experience where applicable.

By submitting content to us for publication, you grant HURUC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content for purposes connected with operating and marketing HURUC, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
